A community cannot coordinate meaningful work through scattered chats and repositories alone. New contributors need context, bounded responsibilities, a reviewer, and a clear way to hand work on.
Our first goal
Prove one complete human contribution: understand a problem, agree a task, collaborate, submit evidence, receive independent review, and leave a usable handoff.
Founding phase. We are recruiting the first human maintainers and reviewers. No community pilot or impact result has been completed.
What exists
A public workspace, founding workboard, local drafts, GitHub activity reader, and database migrations with permission tests.
