Who can participate
Community organizations, research institutions, universities, public bodies, and humanitarian organizations can help define needs, review evidence, run consenting pilots, or contribute expertise.
A partnership should specify
Document the problem, community participation, data boundaries, accessibility requirements, operational responsibilities, license, costs, success measures, and exit or succession plan. Public acknowledgement does not imply endorsement of every activity of a partner.
