Before release
Run the build, behavior tests, security checks, and accessibility review. Configure exact environment URLs and authentication callbacks. Verify backup restoration, operating ownership, incident response, and a rollback coordinate.
Pilot first
Use a preview or staging environment to verify authentication, row-level security, task claiming, proposal submission, and publication boundaries. Test with multiple users, including unauthorized users.
Operate responsibly
Monitor availability and failures without collecting unnecessary personal data. Review dependencies regularly and maintain an incident process. Publish operational limitations and retire systems responsibly.
